Animation Showreel 2010 - 2011
This work is a culmination of personal projects and the final years work on an FdA in animation. A break down of the animations and my input can be found below:
1. Howling Wolf (Photoshop)
Animator
I was soley responsible for this 2D animation, hand drawn and compiled on Adobe Photoshop CS5.
2. Whimpey's Big Push (Cinema 4D)
Animator
Whimpey is a pre-rigged character that is included with Maxon's Cinema 4D, here I animated the character interacting with a cube.
3. Craving - Falling Playing Cards (Cinema 4D)
Animator, Modeller
This was a project to publicise 'Craving', a young adults paranormal romance novel written by E.F Morris. The author wanted a teaser trailor to use on her blog whilst querying her manuscript with publishers.
For this animation I was responsible for the entire piece - animating, modelling, texturing and lighting.

4. Character Animation (Maya 2010)
Modeller, Rigger, Animator
This was a solo college project in character design and animation. Using Autodesk Maya I created the character of Limpy. I then rigged and weighted the model before animating him in a short sequence with a bouncing ball.
5. Bouncing Ball - Visual Effects (Cinema 4D, Syntheyes, Apple Motion)
Animator, Cinematographer
Added bouncing CG ball to a filmed background.
6. Dancing Alien (Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro)
Modeller, Rigger, Animator
This was my Final Major Project for my FdA. The project was client led and my client, The Cold Weather Artists, were looking for a music video to go with thier disco inspired track, 'Friday Night'. As well as designing the video, I was also responsible for modelling the character and scenery, rigging, weighting and texturing, lighting, animating and editing.
